Mechanical Design Engineer Apprenticeship

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Level 3 Mechanical Design Engineer Apprentice. This fully funded 2 year apprenticeship is delivered in partnership with Leeds College of Building and follows the BTEC National Diploma in Building Services Engineering. You will be primarily based in our office and attend college on a day-release basis, gaining valuable hands-on experience through real project work and regular site visits. This apprenticeship provides an excellent foundation for a career in building services, offering clear progression routes into higher-level qualifications and professional registration. BIM Engineer

We are seeking a talented BIM Engineer to help deliver high-quality, coordinated building services models. You’ll work closely with other disciplines, contribute to design strategies, and ensure our BIM processes meet industry standards and client needs. Responsibilities include developing and managing BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary design information, producing clash detection reports, and maintaining accurate project data. We’re looking for a Sustainability Engineer to support the delivery of low-carbon, energy-efficient solutions across a range of building services projects. You’ll work closely with design teams to integrate sustainable strategies, carry out energy modelling and carbon assessments, and help meet targets such as net zero, BREEAM, and WELL. The role involves preparing technical reports, staying up to date with industry standards, and liaising with clients and project teams. You’ll also contribute to innovation and provide guidance to colleagues, promoting best practice in environmental and sustainable design.

Revit Engineer

We’re seeking a Revit Technician to support the delivery of building services projects within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll collaborate with engineers to produce coordinated drawings, amend designs using Revit MEP and AutoCAD, and ensure outputs meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include creating and modifying MEP families, legends, schedules, and templates, while maintaining compliance with current design standards and BIM protocols. You’ll also liaise with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels, and offer guidance to junior staff and apprentices to support the smooth delivery of high-quality design work.
